Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vape in the Box, 730 Industrial Avenue, Sugar Land TX 77478, United States. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns Policy
Please inspect and verify the contents of your shipment within 72 hours from the time of delivery and report any damages or discrepancies to our Customer Service by email at info@vapeinthebox.com or by phone at +1 (844) 772-9537 (9am to 5pm CST Mon-Fri). Damage or shortage claims, or products ordered by mistake by the customer must be reported within 72 Hours.
Claims made after 72 Hours from the time of delivery will be rejected. All issues regarding missing parcels, damaged parcels and any other issues related to the delivery service need to be addressed with the carrier at the time of the delivery.
